What should I bring to a session?

All you need is your workout gear. We’ve got everything else covered. Equipment and exercise mats are provided, but if you prefer to use your own mat feel free to bring it with you.

Staying hydrated when you workout is vital, so make sure you bring a water bottle.

We also recommend that you bring a small towel as you are set to sweat!


Do you have beginners’ sessions?

No. We do not have specific beginners’ sessions but all our sessions are appropriate for all fitness levels. Coaches will provide modifications and progressions throughout each session so you can tailor the workout to your ability and find the right level of challenge.


Do you offer membership?

No, M-KIND does not offer memberships and does not require any long-term commitment. Instead, you purchase session credits, either individually or as a bundle. You can buy as many or as few credits as you like. If you want to buy just one credit at a time, that's fine. But, the more credits you purchase, the less each session costs. What is your cancellation policy?

If you can't make it to a session, please cancel your spot before midday of the day prior to your session. For any spaces cancelled before midday on the day prior to a session, credit(s) will be refunded to your account.

If you cancel after midday on the day prior to your session, your credit will be forfeited. 


How old do you have to be to come to sessions?

14 years old if accompanied by an adult. 16 years old to attend a session alone.


Can I take part if I’m pregnant?

Yes. And congratulations! You should always check with your doctor regularly regarding exercise during pregnancy and let your coach know so they can provide appropriate modifications.


Can I come to a session if I’m coming back from an injury?

Yes. Make sure you clear it with your doctor / physio first and let your coach know before the session.
